Properties

• Aluminium is a strong, light material, which makes it ideal for outdoor furniture.
• It is easy to move in use.
• All our aluminium furniture has a powder coated finish.

Powder coating  

This is a process that adds a decorative, protective coating to metal, which prevents oxidation and gives an attractive, hard wearing surface.

To achieve this we -

• prepare the aluminium with a pre-wash, etch and prime;
• electrostatically apply the powder coating;
• Bake in an industrial oven to ‘cure’ the finish;
• to give a hard, smooth attractive finish.
